Stuart T. Rolfe is the President Emeritus of Wright Hotels, Inc., having led the firm as President since 1998 before handing the role to his son Kyle Rolfe in 2026. He continues to advise the firm's leadership, offering counsel drawn from nearly three decades of stewardship. Before Wright Hotels, he served as Chairman and CEO of the Space Needle Corporation from 1990 to 1998, and prior to that as Corporate Counsel for Washington Mutual Bank and a Partner at Foster Pepper & Shefelman, now Foster Garvey. Stu remains actively engaged in the community, serving on the boards of the Seattle Convention Center, King FM, the Orcas Island Chamber Music Festival, the MultiCare Behavioral Health Foundation, the Seattle Aquarium, and Friends of Waterfront Park. He also served as a Trustee of Seattle University from 2001 to 2015, including as Chair of the Finance, Investment and Facilities Committees. He and his family support a range of causes and institutions including the Seattle Aquarium, Rainier Scholars, the 5th Avenue Theatre, and Seattle University. Stu holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. He and his wife live in Madison Park and have five children and eight grandchildren.

Kyle Rolfe is the principal owner and president of Wright Hotels, where he leads with a commitment to operational excellence, trust, and long-term value. Kyle assumed the role from his father, Stuart, after spending five years as the company's Vice President overseeing asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Before joining Wright Hotels, Kyle spent a decade at Seneca Group overseeing some of Seattle's most recognizable development projects: Museum of History and Industry, Amazon Spheres and corporate HQ, Meta's regional offices, and F5 Tower. His background in complex, large-scale development supports his approach to hospitality real estate and the long-term stewardship of assets. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and has built a career at the intersection of real estate and hospitality with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest community. Beyond Wright Hotels, Kyle is actively engaged in the civic life of Seattle. He serves or has served on the boards of the Space Needle Corp, Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle JazzED, the Seattle Center Foundation, and Grousemont Foundation - organizations that reflect a belief in the community-based vitality of the region.

Kenneth Koh is the Chief Financial Officer of Wright Hotels, Inc. He joined the firm in 2025 and plays an active role in financial strategy, investment execution, and strategic partnerships as part of the firm’s next phase of growth. He oversees finance, treasury, tax, and investment performance, leveraging data-driven analysis and market insights to guide capital allocation and enhance asset-level performance, while partnering closely with ownership and leadership on acquisition underwriting and capital structuring. His role reflects a broader mandate spanning finance and business development, supporting the firm’s pursuit of opportunistic, value-add, and redevelopment-oriented hospitality investments through hands-on asset management to drive long-term value. With over 25 years of experience across alternative assets including real estate investment management and hedge funds, as well as the financial technology industry, he applies a disciplined, analytical approach to evaluating opportunities and managing performance at Wright Hotels. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 18 years at Rotella Capital Management, a quantitative hedge fund, including 10 years as CFO, where he led firm-wide finance, treasury, operations, investor reporting, and regulatory oversight within a CFTC and SEC regulated environment. He also served as CFO of a fintech SaaS company and began his career in real estate investment and asset management with Bentall Kennedy (Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel). Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Oregon.
